Booking & Cancellation Policy
To make scheduling smooth and fair for everyone, we do require a credit card on file when you book. Don’t worry—we’ll only charge your card after your appointment and with your permission.
Please give 24 hours’ notice for acupuncture and 48 hours’ notice for consultations if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Less notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee, and missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full visit fee.

Dr. Vaishna Sathiamoorthy, ND has a clinical focus in reproductive health and fertility. Her treatment approach focuses on providing personalized naturopathic care for patients at every step of their fertility journey.
Dr. Vaishna combines acupuncture, clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, and lifestyle counselling to help her patients achieve their optimal health and support their fertility goals. Dr. Vaishna has completed her therapeutic prescribing license and has also completed additional training in intravenous vitamin and injection therapy.
Dr. Vaishna treats a diverse range of patients from all ethnic backgrounds. Her passion for fertility is driven in large part by her experiences treating individuals from marginalized backgrounds who were new to naturopathic interventions. She saw how beneficial naturopathic interventions could be in helping these individuals achieve their fertility goals, particularly when these interventions were tailored to their cultural backgrounds.
Dr. Vaishna graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and holds a Biomedical Science degree from the University of Waterloo. Dr. Vaishna is licensed and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO). As well, she is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
