Hi there, and welcome to Conceive Health! We’re so glad you’re here.

A quick note about our Booking & Cancellation Policy:

To make scheduling smooth and fair for everyone, we do require a credit card on file when you book. Don’t worry—we’ll only charge your card after your appointment and with your permission.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for:

  • At least 24 hours’ notice for acupuncture appointments

  • At least 48 hours’ notice for consultations

This gives us enough time to offer that spot to someone else who may be waiting.

Appointments changed or cancelled with less notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full visit fee.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us provide the best care to all our patients! We’re looking forward to supporting you on your journey.
