For patients of TRIO Fertility who are entering the PRE-Conceived Integrative Stream. You must already have an appointment confirmation from a TRIO Fertility physician to book these sessions.

Dr. Robyn Murphy, ND, focuses her clinical practice on hormone and reproductive health for both men and women, using a functional medicine approach that integrates testing and thorough assessments to uncover and address the underlying facets leading to hormone imbalances and infertility.

She collaborates with patients and their team of health care providers to improve digestion, regulate the nervous system and balance hormones to optimize reproductive success.

Dr. Murphy graduated with a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta. Her love of learning and honing her skills has led to advanced training and certifications in lifestyle genetics, functional gastroenterology, hormone therapy (BHRT), biological medicine, and advanced medical herbalism.

Since the inception of her medical career, Dr. Murphy has worked alongside medical geneticists to co-develop lifestyle genetic panels for clinical application, including the latest lifestyle genetics fertility panel. She is the Scientific Advisor for DNA Labs Canada and past Clinical Research Advisor for AOR. In addition to her dedication to patients and clinical practice, Dr. Murphy is a strong advocate for the advancement of integrative medicine, with multiple publications in medical journals, including topics on the connection between certain genes and infertility.

Dr. Sarah Zadek is a licensed naturopathic doctor in Ontario with a clinical focus on women’s health, endocrinology and fertility. Sarah graduated from Nipissing University with an honours degree in biology after completing her thesis on genetics, oxidative stress and immune function.

She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto in 2014. With her own health issues unsolved by medical doctors and specialists, Sarah turned to naturopathic medicine to help solve many of the ailments she had carried for years, including endometriosis and other autoimmune conditions.

Dr. Zadek uses the latest evidence-based medicine, orthomolecular medicine, botanicals and antioxidant therapies to help patients correct hormonal imbalances and immune disorders including: endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), hypothyroidism, painful and/or irregular menstruation, and challenges with fertility.

As well, she has a passion for empowering clients to take charge of their health, assisting them on their journey to reproductive success. This includes helping people better understand their cycles, and improve health outcomes with diet and lifestyle factors, whether they’re looking to conceive now or in the future.
