Please email us at info@conceivehealth.com with your name, appointment date, and clinic location. Once your procedure time is confirmed, please email us again so we can finalize your session and ensure everything runs smoothly on your procedure day.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
To make scheduling smooth and fair for everyone, we do require a credit card on file when you book. Don’t worry—we’ll only charge your card after your appointment and with your permission.

Please give 24 hours’ notice for acupuncture and 48 hours’ notice for consultations if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Less notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee, and missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full visit fee.

Our board-certified naturopathic doctors are experts in natural fertility medicine and work hand-in-hand with your medical team to ensure that you have full-circle support before, during and after IVF, IUI or related treatments. When it comes to fertility, timing is truly everything. That’s why we take great care to customize your treatments to align with your menstrual cycle or fertility care. Since we work hand in hand with your medical team, your sessions are also an opportunity for you to learn more about your fertility treatment plan.
**All of our Registered Acupuncturist offer acupuncture services. For insurance purposes, all services provided by an R.Ac. must be claimed under 'Acupuncture' benefits. It is the patient's responsibility to book under the appropriate category for their personal insurance purposes. Conceive is not responsible for charges not covered by insurance.**
